'haunting', 'spiritual ', and 'deeply humane' experimental music explores evolutionary themes through clearly narrative structures which pass through periodic dramatic transitions.
seamlessly fuses melodic instrumental phrasings with feedback, machinery, insects, choral loops and other 'noise'. songwritin, in the vein of Cohen, Waits and Nick Drake, fuse a highly original poetic imagination with the classic ''metres' and 'hooks' of contemporary alternative rock ballads.

Sound Art

'Kaleidescope' - a loop designed for a video installation by Lyla Rye, 'Bounce' passes through five clear 'phases' in a period of less than four minutes, deriving all it's sound from a five second fragment of a child bouncing on an air mattress.
'Undertow' - a sonic work featuring walls of feedback, and massive warm synth patches, in an evocative narrative.
'Distorture' - a short sharp narrative using a Prophet synth pushed to the edge and the sounds of rough machinery. 'lupus angelus' - extremely ambient piece: vast synth in a plain of reverb, with very dramatic shifts.
'sud' (excpt) - a meticulously constructed narrative using a wide variety of sound sources, an evolving narrative structured over the departure and return of deeply embedded 'clicks'. Minimal developments lead eventually to sublime and dramatic shifts.
